Bellingham, WA, April 16, 2020 – Dealer Information Systems (DIS) Corp., a leading agriculture, lift truck, construction and truck refrigeration dealership software provider in North America, is pleased to welcome Chris Hancart as its new Research & Development (R&D) Director.

Chris has worked as the VP and director of engineering all around the globe, including South America, Europe and the United States, within a wide variety of organizations – from startups to international corporations. He has over 20 years of experience in CRM and mobile development as well as analytics – particularly in the pharmaceutical industry, which is highly regulated and requires a high level of quality.

“I hope to bring new development processes to DIS to allow the company to keep growing and further improve the quality of its products,” said Chris. “We want to leverage the best technology available, so our customers can have the best possible experience with our software.”

“Chris is someone who definitely has an eye for quality, especially given his background in the pharma industry,” said Randy McIntyre, the General Manager of DIS. “While we’re very proud of everything we’ve delivered to our customers in the last 40 years, you can’t rest on your laurels, and there is always room for improvement. That’s why Chris is here to help us.”

When Chris is not busy at work, he is busy at sea, as a sailor. He has been sailing since he was five years old, racing initially and now cruising with his family. They have sailed in the Atlantic and the Mediterranean, and now they have the pleasure to discover the North Pacific.

Everyone at DIS is very excited to see what Chris will bring to the table by the end of 2020.
