Analytics​

Right upon out initial review of the Parts Inventory analytics, our General Manager identified a significant and unacceptable inventory that did not turn. It would have been harder to see it otherwise. The drill through capability of DIS Analytics let us ‘zoom’ into the specific parts involved. I was able to export the list of parts into an excel spreadsheet and request action to be taken. Within one or two months, the parts team was able to reduce the inventory units that did not turn by double digits in % and reduce the inventory value by tens of thousands of dollars. It was especially good that the OEM bi-annual return date took place right then.

I really like the closed WO report. Its great and is super useful for us. I have been focused on speeding up our service repair time and this report tells that story clearly.

DIS Analytics will replace all the reports we are currently using to understand our general ledger. This way we use the data directly from the management system with no need to replicate it which can be costly in efforts, timing, and errors.
