Jim‘s career has come full circle in equipment, starting with military equipment logistics support analysis (determining the technicians, tools, training, and spares the military needs to support its deployed equipment) to now advising dealerships and OEMs on profitable service, parts, and rental as well as running 20 Groups in Ag, CE, material handling, backup power, HVAC, and more. In between, Jim founded and ran two companies, one of which made it the Inc. 5000 as America’s fastest-growing company. His specialty is ‘profit engineering’ – identifying and executing ways to have the most profitable, successful dealership possible.
