Join us for an online demo where we show you how Tech View works and how your technicians can use it in Time Clock. This webinar will teach all staff how to punch in and out using the Time Clock terminal, usually set up in the shop area. As staff complete each activity and punch out, the system automatically calculates the time elapsed since the previous entry and records each activity. It will also require they enter the next activity they will be performing.

Learn how Tech View works and how admin can run/view reports. With Time Clock Tech View, technicians enter the job now being worked on when they punch out of a work order, letting you view all current jobs on one screen. You can see at a glance the technician, the customer ID and name, the equipment being worked on, and the elapsed time. If flat rate information has been entered, the screen alerts you when the actual labor approached the maximum labor amount quoted to the customer.
