Testimonials

What dealers say about
DIS User Conference

Coming to events like this, you get to put names to faces. As long-time DIS customers, we know many people in the business, and the relationships are really strong. It’s always nice to catch up.

Mark Vanderloop
Sales Manager at Vanderloop Equipment

I love the breakout sessions and the choices — you decide what fits your dealership. Breakfast and lunch give you time to network with other dealers, and some sessions are dealer-to-dealer, which is really interactive.

Jennifer LaRock
Office Manager at Champlain Valley Equipment

It’s absolutely worth attending. If you’re already using DIS, you’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of what it can do for your company. The character of DIS employees makes me think highly of DIS as a company — amazing attitudes, support, and friendliness from every person I’ve come across.

Hannah Hamstra-Etzkorn
Sales & Marketing Manager at TK of Central California

FAQs

What is the 2027 User Conference?

The 2027 User Conference is our flagship event, bringing together customers, industry leaders, and our product team for three days of insightful sessions, hands-on workshops, and high-value networking opportunities. Attendees leave with actionable strategies they can implement immediately to improve daily operations.

Who should attend?

This event is designed for decision-makers and key stakeholders, including business owners, general managers, department managers, and operations leads. Whether you are a long-time customer or a recently onboarded customer, the conference delivers value at every level of experience.

What can I expect at the conference?

A high-impact, content-rich experience over three days. The agenda includes:
- Keynote presentation
- Interactive breakout sessions led by industry experts
- Exclusive “Ask the Expert” labs
- The first look at our product roadmap
- Dedicated networking events

You will leave with practical tips that your team can apply right away.

What does the fee cover?

The registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, keynotes, workshops, the Ask the Expert lab, all meals and beverages during the event, and networking functions.

The fee does not cover hotel accommodation, airfare, ground transportation, or personal expenses.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 15–29 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made fewer than 15 days before the conference. Substitutions from the same organization are welcome at any time at no additional cost.

Is there a group hotel rate for attendees?

Yes. We have negotiated a discounted room block at the Westin Harbour Castle for conference attendees. Details and a booking link will be shared upon confirmation of your registration. We recommend booking early as rooms in the block are limited and subject to availability.

The deadline for the Group Discount: 5:00 PM EST, Friday, Feb 19th, 2027.

What is the closest airport?

Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) is the primary airport, located approximately 27 km (17 miles) from the venue. Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ) is a closer alternative for select domestic and U.S. routes, located just minutes from the hotel via a free shuttle and pedestrian tunnel.

What are the Travel Requirements for U.S. attendees?

Since the conference is being held in Toronto, Canada, attendees travelling from the United States will need proper documentation to cross the border. Please review the requirements below carefully and ensure your documents are up-to-date well in advance of travel.

Air Travel
- Valid passport (must not expire within 6 months of travel date). An Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) is NOT required for U.S. citizens arriving by air, but a valid passport is mandatory.

Driving / Land Entry
- Valid passport, passport card, or NEXUS card. An Enhanced Driver’s License (EDL) is also accepted at land border crossings for U.S. citizens from participating states.

Important: We strongly recommend verifying your documentation requirements with the U.S. Department of State (travel.state.gov) and the Government of Canada (travel.gc.ca) at least 60 days before the event. Processing times for passports and other travel documents can vary, so plan ahead.

Do I need a visa to enter Canada?

U.S. citizens do not require a visa for short-term business travel to Canada. Citizens of other countries should consult the Government of Canada’s immigration website (ircc.canada.ca) to determine if a visa or Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) is required based on their nationality.
